At W!LDCH!LD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be times when you need to return an item, and we want to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Our return policy is as follows:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the receipt date for a full refund or exchange.
  • We will accept returns on full­ priced merchandise with their original packaging and tags. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags and hangers) shipped with your order must be returned. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Customer is fully responsible for return shipping, and must contact us at customer@wildchild.nyc before returning the merchandise.
  • In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately at customer@wildchild.nyc and we will be happy to assist you.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, if they have not been listed and paid upfront upon placing the order. If the customer refuses to pay the required customs duties, the shipment may be returned to us by the carrier. Orders returned due to refusal of duties are not eligible for a refund of the original product price or shipping fees. Customers will also be responsible for any return shipping charges and additional handling fees.

Restocking fees: If a US customer refuses a domestic delivery or fails to collect a package, the order will be returned to us automatically. In such cases, a restocking fee of 10%, as well as any shipping and return charges, will be deducted from the refund.

Restocking fees do not apply to returns for damaged or incorrect items.
