Refund Policy

At W!LDCH!LD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be times when you need to return an item, and we want to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the receipt date for a full refund or exchange.
  • We will accept returns on full­priced merchandise with their original packaging and tags. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. Merchandise must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags and hangers) shipped with your order must be returned. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Buyer is fully responsible for return shipping.
  • In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately at info@wildchild.nyc and we will be happy to assist you.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please note that it is important to contact us and receive a return authorization number before returning any item. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
